•“Docking ears and tails without vet approval. Many flies b/c of fecal build up”
•“Dogs needing vet attention. Standing water near pens with algae, flies and gnats”
•“Fecal matter covering pens with little clean and dry space. Cages stacked on top of one another. One dim light in building; cannot see dogs in bottom cages.”
•“Food bowls in pens contained spiders, egg sacs and black bugs.”
•“Puppies kept in outdoor pens with no bedding or heat source. Sick dogs.”
