‘Dogs Against Romney’ Protester Gets Pulled Over For Suspicion Of Animal Abuse
February 7, 2012

Mitt Romney has a dog problem, or rather, Mitt Romney has a problem with dog lovers. As a young father, Romney took the family on a road trip to Canada. The multimillionaire apparently ran out of room in the family car, so he stuck the dog on the roof. A protester in Colorado did the same thing, only without the dog. A cop agreed with the protester. It looked like animal abuse to him.
A member of a Dogs Against Romney protest group, identified as “Oredigger,” was on his way to a protest when he was pulled over in Littleton, CO. On top of his car was a dog crate, and inside, a stuffed dog. Oredigger was pulled over for suspected animal abuse. Presumably, he was let go, but for people who say that putting a dog on top of a car is no big deal, this proves that in the eyes of the law, anyway, it is a big deal. In the eyes of dog lovers, it is a very big deal.
