“No wind breaks or bedding in outdoor pens with temperature 16 degrees, wind chill 6 degrees.”
“10 yo dog not bearing weight on right front leg; all digits of foot swollen”
“Docking ears and tails without vet approval. Many flies b/c of fecal build up”
“Dogs needing vet attention. Standing water near pens with algae, flies and gnats”
“Fecal matter covering pens with little clean and dry space. Cages stacked on top of one another. One dim light in building; cannot see dogs in bottom cages.”
“Food bowls in pens contained spiders, egg sacs and black bugs.”
“Puppies kept in outdoor pens with no bedding or heat source. Sick dogs.”
“Abundance of flies and smell of septic matter. Rodent problem in whelping bldg”
“No puppy food at kennel. Thin puppies being fed large chunk adult dog food”
“Dogs needing vet attention. Expired meds. Cages too small for dogs. All repeats”
“Dogs with massive hair loss. Dogs with 80% matted hair.”
“Cages too small for dogs. Broken wires in pens with sharp edges.”
“Outdoor pens with multiple dogs and one dog house. Three feet high grass around pens.”
“Accumulations of hair & waste. Dirt and debris in self feeders. Infestation of rodents.”
