Bring Dogs Inside On These Bitterly Cold Nights.....Because They Shouldn't Be Chained Outside To Begin With ....

Reports are subzero, as in as low as 20-40 below, windchills are expected for some areas of the country tonight. Chained dogs cannot survive out there at these horribly cold temperatures. Please do the right thing for neighborhood dogs tonight. Take the stand. Insist they be brought inside. P.S.
