Pssst....it is Animal Control Officer appreciation week. Tell an ACO thanks! It is a tough and often thankless job. There are so many misperceptions and stereotypes. ACOs are not just "dog catchers" anymore. They fight hard everyday to keep both pets and the community safe. They see things that no one should ever have to see.
