What a phenomenal day yesterday! Four adoptions, one cat returned to owner, TNR passed, and to top it all off our amazing Julie, Taffy, Sherry, Connie, and this awesome St. Charles City police officer, rescued an exhausted baby kitten from a sewer on the way out of City Hall last night! It took them about an hour, but they did it! The little guy was so beat we doubt he would have made it through the night with the rain and all. Thank God they were there to get him out!
