I previously sent emails asking STL County voters to vote for Steve Stenger in the STL County Executive primary race in August. Stenger won but now we need to make sure he wins the general election against Rick Stream on Nov 4. Stenger is committed to improving the lives of animals in the county shelter, increasing adoptions and lowering the high euthanasia rate. Stenger also spoke out against Amendment 1--Right to Farm (Right to Harm). Stream, on the other hand, supported Right to Farm which helped undo any of the improvements for puppy mill dogs gained during the Prop B fight as well as ensure even more suffering for farm animals. Stream is definitely not a friend to the animals.
Please vote for Steve Stenger for STL County Executive on Nov 4 and share this with any STL County voters you know. We can do so much more for animals when we have allies in public office.
A vote for Stenger is a vote for the animals!
