The Companion Animal Protection Society (CAPS) rescued Chief during an undercover investigation of a Missouri puppy mill. The Bullmastiff puppy had an upper respiratory infection and needed veterinary care. CAPS paid for all of his veterinary bills and helped place him in a loving family.
