BREAKING: Here's an image of the Encinitas City Council which has just become the 85TH JURISDICTION IN THE WORLD in a UNANIMOUS vote to ban the sale of dogs and cats in retail stores. 3 more jurisdictions have very strong restrictions which make 88 bans or strong restrictions throughout the world including the entire country of Spain and the two most populous provinces in Australia: Victoria (Melbourne) and New South Wales (Sydney). 21 cities in California now have the full ban.
