Once Again Good Prevails In Puppy Mill Issue ......
VICTORY! Cook County, IL pet stores are still not allowed to sell puppies produced in inhumane, commercial dog breeding facilities. The United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois dismissed an attempt by the puppy mill industry to strike down the ordinance passed by Cook County Commissioners last year. This victory sends a strong signal to all industries that exploit puppies for profit.
