My name is Penny ...I am a sweet...intelligent 2 year old Cockapoo Dog... I was born in a Puppy Mill in Chillicothe, Missouri...my breeder was one of "The Dirty Dozen" ( online article)...It was a horrible place...filthy,and inhumane conditions...Mother Dogs froze to death ...as did beautiful innocent puppies... I often wonder if my Mom & Dad still exist... I was transported to a Pet Store in Webster, MA ...I was adopted by a loving & Caring Mom & Dad...2 days after I was taken to a local vet ... extremely ill only weighing 4 pounds ...I was diagnosed with Kennel Cough which lasted 3-4 months...Pnemonia in both lungs and Parasites ...I almost died...My parents want the Government to have stricter regulations on Puppy Mills in this Country ...as should each and every state be banned from allowing them...they need to...its cruel & inhumane...I want to help STOP it ...My Mom is speaking out for me and all the dogs and puppies ..PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ MY FACEBOOK PAGE "Pennys from Heaven"...
