Athletes For Animals Reaches ......

We are thrilled to update our supporters with some of the recent happenings around Athletes for Animals!
Over the past few months we have been able to collaborate with some incredible organizations in the St. Louis area to expand our reach on behalf of the animals.  In February, we partnered with the Humane Society of Missouri and announced the Spay It Forward campaign.  Our goal is to raise $250,000 for 2,500 low and no-cost spay/neuter surgeries in 2015 and we hope you will join us in this effort of preventing tens of thousands of unwanted, homeless pets!  Be sure to follow this direct link to join our team and help bring in the funding for this vital community service.

In March, we partnered with Marshall the Miracle Dog and their Commit to be Kind weekend.  The movie was released for a sneak peak across Missouri to further support the anti-bullying message and spread awareness about animal hoarding. Athlete Ambassador Kyle McClellan attended the screening and signed autographs with Marshall for fans in attendance.  We also were able to team up with one of NHL’s all-time greats, goaltender Marty Brodeur, to promote the importance of pet adoption at The APA of MO.  Together with his family, they toured the facility and met some great adoptable dogs and cats.
