Ron, Adam and Kristee Hughes Dog Breeders In Missouri Who Made HSUS List Of 101 Problem Puppy Mills In The United States

Another Missouri Breeder who made the 101 Problem Puppy Mills Across The United States Is

  • Ron Hughes, Circle H Rotts & Labs, Williamstown, MO – Ten dogs in shelters so small they could not stand up. After failing to make the facility available for inspection four times in a row in 2012, USDA inspectors were finally given access to Ron Hughes’ kennel in April 2013. At this time, inspectors recorded violations for unsanitary conditions, inadequate shelter, dogs without adequate protection from the cold and “a significant amount of fecal material” in several cages. They also found ten dogs in cages so small that they could not even stand up. In July 2013 a USDA inspector once again found four dogs in cages so small that they could not stand, sit or lie down normally, despite the prior warning. One USDA inspection in December 2013 was compliant.
Missouri state inspectors also found animal care violations in 2012, 2013 and 2014. In February 2014, a state inspector noted that dogs did not have enough protection from the winter weather when the temperature outside was about 20 degrees, and some of the dogs had frozen water. These jerks are still operating in the same conditions. I talked to someone who went there to get a puppy thinking this was a reputable breeder and they were horrified at the conditions these dogs were living in.

My suggestion is you turn this in to all the organizations I have listed up at the top of my blog on the right side. This is so important that consumers report what they see in these puppy mills. Did these people leave a name or number you can reach them at. You will need the names and addresses of these puppy mills to supply the organizations who will investigate this. Thanks for your concern and let me know if I can help anyway possible

I'm really hoping you guys can help me. I stumbled across a rott "breeder" in Missouri that completely fooled me into thinking he was a caring person who just bred because he loved the dogs so much. When my boyfriend and I arrived at the man's house, we were horrified and immediately realized it was a puppy mill. There were hundreds of dogs everywhere that did not look healthy and we're not use to human contact. He wouldn't let us in to where the pups were kept but we saw so many cages through a window. When we held the puppies, they were covered in mud and poop and were wheezing so bad. When we set them on the floor to see how they walked, it was obvious that they couldn't because they were never taken out of their cages. When he picked them up, he'd grab them by one back leg. The breeder would also make comments like how he made more money selling rotts than raising cattle and he on Ron, Adam and Kristee Hughes Dog Breeders In Missouri Who Made HSUS List Of 101 Problem Puppy Mills In The United States
