These dogs are located in Jefferson County Animal Control in Barnhart, Missouri, 30 minutes south of St. Louis. These dogs are euthanized every Thursday and sometimes sooner based on holidays and capacity. This facility is not heated and many dogs are kept outside in kennels. Please help if you can!
